A dripping tap is more than an annoyance. On a water meter, a steady drip wastes water and money month after month — and a leak from the base can quietly rot a worktop or cupboard before you notice. Most of the time the cause is a worn washer or a tired ceramic cartridge, and putting it right doesn't cost much.

How booking works
We work by appointment — we're not a 24/7 call-out service, and that keeps our prices fair. If a tap is actively leaking and you can't stop it, turn the water off at the stopcock first — it's usually under the kitchen sink — then phone us and we'll book the repair in.

Water work only — not gas
To be clear, we handle water plumbing only. We're not Gas Safe registered, so we don't touch boilers, gas appliances or anything gas-related. If your problem turns out to be a boiler or gas fault, we'll say so honestly and point you towards a Gas Safe engineer who can help.
