Found a leak, a burst pipe or a tap that won't stop dripping? Get it booked in before a small drip turns into a soaked floor, a stained ceiling or a sky-high water bill.

Got an active leak? Do this first
- Turn the water off at the stopcock — usually under the kitchen sink or where the mains enters the house. Turn it clockwise to shut off.
- Catch and mop what you can — a bucket under a drip, towels on the floor, water away from sockets.
- Phone us — tell us what's leaking and roughly where, and we'll book the repair in and give you a price.
- If it's flooded, ask about same-day drying kit — we'll get a wet vac, air mover and dehumidifier to you while the repair is arranged.

Fix it and dry it — in one call
Because Aqua Venta hires drying equipment too, a leak that's flooded the place doesn't mean ringing round two different firms. We book the repair and, if you need it, get wet vac, air movers and a dehumidifier to you the same day. The pipe gets fixed; the property gets dried.
Water, not gas
We handle everything on the water side. If your problem is a gas leak or a boiler fault, that needs a Gas Safe engineer — phone us and we'll point you to someone we trust.
