Is ozone safe?

Ozone is highly effective at neutralising odour but should only be used in an empty space — no people, pets or plants. We will explain the safe operating procedure when you hire.

How long does the treatment take?

Anywhere from 30 minutes for a small room to a few hours for a whole car interior or a smelly office. We will help you set the cycle when we hand it over.

Will it remove cigarette, pet or damp smells?

Yes — these are the three most common jobs. Ozone neutralises the molecules that cause the smell rather than masking them like a spray.

Do I have to leave the room while it runs?

Yes — empty the room, run the cycle, ventilate for 30 minutes, then walk back in. Easy.

Can it be used in a car or van?

Absolutely — ideal for cleaning out smoke, food or damp from a vehicle interior. Roll the windows down briefly between cycles.

How long will the smell stay gone?

Permanently if the source is removed. If the source remains (damp, ongoing smoking, etc.) the smell will return — fix the cause first, then run the ozone.
